Canadian Minister of National Defence Harjit Sajjan and Chief of the Defence Staff Gen. Jonathan Vance told reporters on Tuesday that the Canadian Forces is focused on maintaining “flexibility” especially as it comes to responding to emergencies in remote northern communities.
