The World Health Organization has published guidelines to help countries balance the demands of responding to the COVID-19 outbreak while maintaining essential health services from routine vaccination, care during pregnancy, to treating mental health conditions, WHO director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said during a press conference on Monday.
