According to World Health Organization’s Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove, a dog in Hong Kong has tested positive for COVID-19, she said on Thursday. Van Kerkhove said this is the first known case of an animal being infected with the virus and it would require further study to know more. The dog is said to be doing well.
