Speaking to reporters on Monday, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) said his organization is “still hopeful” that containment of the COVID-19 virus is possible, pointing to hopeful indicators regarding new cases reported as of Monday morning.
