Fresh snowfall slows Montreal’s snow-removal progress

The City of Montreal warns it has fallen behind-schedule on its latest snow removal operation after Monday’s unexpected 15 centimetres of additional snowfall. Global’s Brayden Jagger-Haines reports that streets are now not expected to be completely cleared until early next week.
