11-year-old Parker has Type 1 Diabetes and needs to constantly monitor her blood sugar levels to stay safe. Thanks to the gift of a Continuous Glucose monitor from Variety, Parker and her father can now be alerted by an alarm, which indicates a dangerous blood sugar level. For Parker’s Magic Moment, cast members of the Vancouver-shot show, Nancy Drew, surprised Parker with a special behind the scenes visit to the production of their show.
