At the end of 2019, the City of Peterborough really cracked down on what you can and can't recycle. No doubt, with different rules for different municipalities, it can get confusing. To begin our new series, Global Environment, Lindsay Biscaia asked the city about some of the more confusing items. Then, she hit the street to see how everyone else does when it comes to the rules of recycling.
