Proposed Changes for Peterborough’s Centennial Fountain

Otonabee Ward Councillor Kim Zippel has proposed an idea to cut costs and save a significant amount of energy: and it involves Centennial Fountain in Peterborough’s Little Lake.
The proposal sees the operation of the fountain chopped from five months to two.
We asked Kim Zippel about the move, what it could mean, and about the reaction the idea is getting from the community.
