N.L. digs out after powerful storm, record-breaking snow

The government of Newfoundland and Labrador has extended a state of emergency in parts of the province, after being hit by a record-breaking snowstorm with hurricane-strength winds. As Ross Lord reports, some areas saw up to 90 centimetres of snow and it could take days for people to dig out.
