NS pulp mill to close; $50M transition fund for workers

After being given a deadline to stop dumping wastewater near Pictou Landing First Nation, time has run out for Northern Pulp. The Nova Scotia government has ordered the company’s pulp mill at Boat Harbour to shut down. As Ross Lord explains, Premier Stephen McNeil put the environment before hundreds of jobs.
