Mann says crew could have ‘manually’ taken control of Starliner thrusters to save mission

Astronaut Nicole Mann, who is assigned to the first Starliner crew, said on Friday that had she and her colleagues been on board they could have “manually” taken control of the automated capsule and kept the Starliner in its proper orbit.
