Finance Minister Bill Morneau and his counterparts from Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba said on Tuesday they are not yet looking at ad hoc payments to help the agriculture industry, despite a difficult harvest this year. However, Saskatchewan's minister did say they would be expressing issues their farmers experienced from Ottawa's carbon pricing program.
