Kelowna’s overnight tent sites inadequate, homeless people say

Temperatures are dropping in the Okanagan, especially overnight, which is making Kelowna’s homeless crisis even more pronounced. People sleeping rough say overnight tenting at designated sites is cold and difficult. The city says it’s doing everything it can to mitigate the growing problem.
