The Opal patient app that allows cancer patients at the MUHC hospital to keep track of their health experience as well as offers them insight into their treatment and disease recently won an award. This award will allow the creators of the app to expand its usage. John Kildea, one of the creators, joined Global’s Elysia Bryan-Baynes to discuss.
