Controversial binding arbitration changes introduced in New Brunswick legislature

The Blaine Higgs government has introduced changes to the Industrial Relations Act as it pertains to binding arbitration awards to police and fire in New Brunswick. As Andrew Cromwell reports, some are questioning the constitutionality of the changes if they are passed.
