Federal Election 2019: Liberal government would create ‘arctic policy framework’ if re-elected, says Trudeau

Liberal Party Leader Justin Trudeau said on Oct. 8 that if re-elected, his government would work together with northern premiers, northern communities and Indigenous peoples to create an “arctic policy framework,” which would set out their priorities, such as climate change and infrastructure investment.
