Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer said during a campaign event in Calgary, Alta., on Monday that he has no problem “in principle” with pipeline protesters, but said he’s frustrated there aren’t as many protests of tanker traffic on the St. Lawrence Seaway as there is of pipelines on the west coast.
