A grieving Toronto man is the first relative of any of the 346 passengers who died in the two Boeing 737 MAX crashes to testify before U.S. Congress. Paul Njoroge’s wife, their three children and his mother-in-law were killed in the Ethiopian Airlines crash in March. Jackson Proskow reports on Njoroge’s calls for action and accountability.
