Toronto garbage truck carrying dumpster collides with overhead power line, loses load in intersection

Toronto Police are investigating after a Toronto garbage truck carrying a dumpster struck an overhead power line as it drove through a busy intersection at Jarvis Street and Carlton Street. Power has been shut off in the area for repairs.
