People in Grenville-sur-la-Rouge, Quebec are now back home. Last month, they were forced out by historic flooding and the threat of the old Bell Falls dam bursting. As Mike Armstrong explains, the dam has been there for more than a century, and neighbours say it’s time for it to disappear.
