Lessons learned from the 2013 flood disaster in High River, AB

Back in June 2013, the Alberta town of High River was one of several communities ravaged by floodwaters. Thousands of people lost their homes. But six years later, residents say they’re feeling more secure. Heather Yourex-West looks at the lessons learned and the changes made.
