Fisher Price seat recall not in Canada: why?

Mattel’s decision to voluntarily recall a popular infant seat has left Canadians wondering why there was no recall here. The Fisher Price Rock ‘n Play Sleeper is linked to the deaths of more than 30 children. As Sean O’Shea reports, the company sells a similar product in Canada but markets it differently and has decided not to order a recall.
