Finance minister circumvents opposition’s attempts to stall budget

Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer threatened to use “emergency actions” to delay the introduction of the Liberals’ budget, after the House of Commons Justice committee voted to end the probe into the SNC-Lavalin affair.
