Whitaker: Gov’t shutdown made DOJ responsibilities ‘difficult’

Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker said Friday during a House Judiciary Committee that the recent government shut down made it “difficult” for the Department of Justice to carry out normal responsibilities.
