84 people dove into Chemong Lake in Ennismore on Sunday for a good cause as part of the annual Polar Plunge – a key event of PolarFest.
For the 39th annual plunge, participants dressed up in costumes representing their favourite hockey teams and braved the frigid temperaturs of Chemong Lake.
Each plunger had to raise a minimum of $200 to take part. All donations raised are shared between the participants’ registered charity of choice and the Rotary Club of Bridgenorth Ennismore Lakefield.
