Retired B.C. RCMP officer opens up about personal PTSD struggles

Retired RCMP Corporal Dan Moskaluk opens up about his struggles with PTSD and the support needed for first responders. According to a recent survey, 44.5 per cent of them screened positive for clinically significant symptom clusters consistent with mental disorders.
