Feds introduce new rules for operating drones

There are strict new rules about how and where you can fly drones in Canada. The devices won’t be allowed to fly near airports or emergency scenes. Operators also can’t be drunk or stoned while flying drones. Eric Sorensen has more on the new rules and the consequences for anyone caught breaking them.
