Feds introduce new measures to save endangered orcas

Canada is introducing new measures to save endangered killer whales off Vancouver Island following an aggressive move by Washington State to enact a partial whale-watching ban. As Kylie Stanton reports, the federal government is increasing the protected orca habitat zone by more than 4,000 kilometres.
