Thanks to technology, a health care crisis is being eased at the hospital in the small town of Alberton, Prince Edward Island. Telemedicine is being used to counter a shortage of family physicians, in a pilot project that’s receiving rave reviews from doctors and patients alike. Ross Lord reports.
