Fee hike for portable signs in Kelowna

Portable signs on the side of the road offer affordable advertising for small businesses that might not have the resources to pay for commercials or print ads. But the City of Kelowna is looking at a fee hike for these signs to try and discourage businesses from using them for extended periods of time. Jules Knox reports.
