Thu, Dec 13: The Mohawk Council of Kahnawake has adopted new cannabis rules for its territory on Montreal’s South Shore. As Global’s Dan Spector reports, some of the new regulations include raising the legal age of consumption to 21 and taxing purchases for non-residents of the reserve.
