Every year, The Royal Canadian Legion chooses a mother whose child died while serving in the military, to represent all mothers who have endured the same heartache. This year’s National Silver Cross Mother, Anita Cenerini, is the first parent whose child died by suicide. Our Dawna Friesen sat down with her in Winnipeg.
