Okanagan cannabis shops unloading, customers stocking up

With the cannabis legalization date quickly approaching, some Okanagan dispensaries are having to unload their products at discount prices. And as they unload, customers are loading up, not knowing when the dispensaries will re-open. Kelly Hayes reports from Vernon.
