It was only a few months ago when a major cannabis research and development company broke ground at its new facility in Kelowna next to Lake Country and already things are already starting to bloom. As construction progresses, The Flowr Corporation is adding more grow rooms and has announced it's getting into the cloning business. Kelly Hayes reports.
