Parents of ‘Jihadi Jack’ appeal to Canada for help

Jack Letts, 22, who has dual British and Canadian citizenship is in custody in Kurdish-controlled northern Syria. His nickname is Jihadi Jack, but he denies ever being an ISIS member. His parents are appealing to Canada to bring him home, and say the government did offer to help him. But his parents say that offer has gone silent. Mike Armstrong reports.
