Vaudreuil to crack down on cannabis consumption

Thu, Oct 11: They’re not going to take it. Vaudreuil says it will crack down on cannabis consumption when it becomes legal on Oct. 17. As Global’s Billy Shields reports, the mayor of Vaudreuil says anyone caught smoking pot in public will face fines.
