Pot dispensaries will be allowed in downtown Kelowna

The city of Kelowna now has a clearer direction where legal recreational marijuana dispensaries can be located now that Council has made a number of bylaw amendments. For starters, dispensaries will be allowed to operate in downtown Kelowna at the discrepancy council including in a high profile part of town that already has reputation for drug use.
