Patrick Ouellet, an officer with Sûreté du Québec, Quebec’s provincial police force, has been found guilty of dangerous driving causing the death of Nicholas Thorne-Belance, 5. Ouellet was on duty when his speeding vehicle slammed into another car, killing the little boy. Mike Armstrong reports.
