What Trump hopes to accomplish with trade war
U.S. President Donald Trump’s trade war has reached a new level. His tiff started back in January with tariffs on solar panels and washing machines. But the list of products has now grown to 10,000 items traded around the world. And if the dispute continues, it could have a lasting impact on the global economy. Global National’s Robin Gill spoke to the University of British Columbia’s James Brander for analysis.
