Canada slaps tariffs up to 25 per cent on American goods

Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland announced new 10 per cent tariffs on U.S. items such as ketchup, lawn mowers and playing cards, along with other goods being slapped with 25 per cent duties.
