Controversy over West Kelowna’s proposed Blackmun Bay development

There’s a big development proposed for West Kelowna’s Blackmun Bay, and it could bring a new marina, townhomes, and even a hotel to the area near Casa Loma. But not everybody is happy about it. Jules Knox reports.
