Massive West Kelowna illegal dump site cleaned up

It’s being called one of the largest illegal dump sites in the Central Okanagan. Clean up of the mess started last month, and today volunteers returned to the site to finish the job by removing hundreds of tires. But as Kelly Hayes reports, as crews clean up one site, another has appeared.
