The threat of spring flooding is over for most in the Okanagan, but for one Osoyoos couple, it’s a never ending. A pond in front of their property has grown into a lake, threatening to flood their home. The couple says the government will only take action if a nearby highway is threatened. But they say by then, it will be too late. Kelly Hayes reports.
