A Kelowna resident whose property was badly damaged in yesterday’s flood event is expressing frustration saying more needs to be done to protect homeowners. Mission Creek spilled its banks following a significant rain event. And while she is now facing a massive and expensive clean-up--emergency officials are warning for the potential for more flooding in the days and weeks ahead. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
