Brace for flooding: Okanagan emergency officials

With record temperatures hitting the Valley, Okanagan Lake has been rising several centimetres a day. Municipalities have mobilized their crews, installing bladder dams and dumping mounds of sand for residents. But there are going to be some changes in the flood fight this season.
