‘Medium’ risk Quebec mosque shooter will reoffend

Tue, Apr 24: In his testimony during sentencing hearings for Quebec mosque shooter Alexandre Bissonnette, forensic psychologist Marc-Andre Lamontagne told the court the gunman poses a moderate risk of reoffending, if he is released on parole. Global’s Raquel Fletcher reports.
