Neighbours pointing fingers at Kelowna landlord for drug problems

Some Kelowna residents are blaming a landlord for the drug activity in their neighbourhood and feel helpless in stopping it. They allege that an old apartment complex on Prior Road South in Rutland is attracting crime and want the landlord to take action. But the landlord says the drug problem is the police’s problem. Kelly Hayes reports.
