Over the course of five months, writer Ken Ilguanas hiked – and sometimes trespassed – the 3,000 kilometre proposed Keystone XL pipeline route from northern Alberta to Texas. He documented the journey in his book “Trespassing Across America: One Man’s Epic, Never-Done-Before (and sort of illegal) Hike Across the Heartland” and is in Edmonton to share his story.
