New restrictions implemented on downtown utility work targets Toronto traffic issues

Wed, Mar 21: Mayor John Tory says non-emergency utility work will not be permitted on weekdays between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. in a section of the downtown core. As Jamie Mauracher explains, one city councillor says they are shocked there was no consultation process.
