Sleepless night for Kelowna woman with flooding problem

It’s been a series of sleepness nights for a Kelowna woman and her family after flood waters invaded their home. The Black Mountain resident says she’s been living in the same residence for more than 20 years without any water problems — that is until a developer began building above her property. She says the developer is to blame, but as Kelly Hayes reports, the developer is blaming Mother Nature.
